Time For Bush To Go
by Larry Belmont

We must change our nation's direction this November. The "fear and smear" Bush administration must think the public is as delusional as they are. Cheney says voting for Lamont in Connecticut encourages the "al-Qaida types" and Rumsfeld tried to label all administration critics as "appeasing the Nazis." Bush uses the same smears, but few believe it.

It is time for the entire delusional administration to go. Cheney, Runsfeld, Rove and Bush are simply out of touch and so are the yes-men/women minions of their failed confused administration.

New thinking in Congress will provide new solutions to the mess this incompetent administration created. There are better alternatives that will create a greater good for a greater number, and the only way to achieve them is to vote for serious congressional and state legislative changes this November.

I know that this change will not shorten my son and his brave colleagues' tour in Iraq, but the change will stimulate new solutions for the USA and the world. No, this does not mean an immediate withdrawal from Iraq. The new Congress must address these immediate problems: the wars, the deficit, Social Security, immigration, education, etc., so vote for a Democratic, thoughtful change this November.
